You Were the Last Good Thing About This Part of Town

I've been sort of diligently building my 'hood for Eternal Autumn.  There are 4 districts; Old Town which is the affluent part of the town, the Commercial district, the South Side which is the seedy side of town and Autumn Island which is the island in the bay.  Most of the layout is done with the exception of the commercial district.  I have to take the rest of the map shots and then I can start on redecorating the necessary lots.
